Is the free plan really free?

Yes. The Free Listing is free forever. You get a verified directory presence with your name, photo, services, and a city/state map — no credit card required.

What do I get for the $21 a year?

Premium unlocks the full profile: direct phone/email, media gallery, Calendly booking, social links, exact map pin, signing locations you cover, and the pulsing red-dot live pin in search results.

How does the Verified badge work?

Upload your commission certificate and ID during signup. Once our team approves the documents, the Verified badge (with the pulsing red dot) appears on your profile and search card — on both Free and Premium plans.

What happens if my payment fails or commission expires?

There's a 7-day grace period for failed payments. After that, your account automatically downgrades to Free — nothing disappears, the Premium-only fields just stop showing publicly. If your commission expiry date passes, the Verified badge is removed automatically.
